These Terms explain the rules for using MockBase websites, preparation guides, product links, waitlist forms, and practice tools.

Important. MockBase provides independent practice materials. It does not provide official exam content, official interview decisions, admissions decisions, employment decisions, immigration advice, or legal advice.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using MockBase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or related practice tools.

2. What MockBase provides

MockBase provides structured preparation guides, mock prompts, practice workflows, question banks, progress tracking features, and links to specialist practice simulators.

Some tools are free to open. Some tools may offer full versions, previews, waitlists, or paid products. Additional terms may apply on a specific product page.

3. No official affiliation

MockBase is an independent practice tool provider. It is not affiliated with universities, hiring committees, GOV.UK, DVSA, ETS, IELTS Partners, British Council, IDP IELTS, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, or any official examination body.

TOEFL is a registered trademark of ETS. IELTS is a registered trademark of the IELTS Partners. MockBase products are not endorsed, approved, or sponsored by ETS or the IELTS Partners.

4. Preparation only

MockBase content is for preparation and training. It does not guarantee interview success, exam success, funding success, job offers, admissions outcomes, visa outcomes, or any official result.

For example, a strong answer produced through a simulator may help you practise structure and clarity, but the final decision will always depend on the relevant institution, panel, examiner, or organisation.

The MockBase name, website design, guides, product structure, prompts, question banks, copy, and other materials belong to MockBase or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may use the content for personal preparation. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or build derivative commercial tools from MockBase content without written permission.

If you submit answers, feedback, messages, or form responses, you are responsible for that content. You grant MockBase the limited right to use that content to provide the service, respond to you, improve the product, or manage the waitlist.

8. External links and third party services

MockBase links to external websites, subdomains, Google Forms, and third party services. MockBase is not responsible for third party content, availability, policies, or data handling practices.

9. Availability and changes

MockBase may update, pause, remove, or change products, guides, pricing, waitlists, or features at any time. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or technical incidents.

10. Disclaimer

MockBase is provided on an as available basis. While we aim to provide useful and accurate preparation materials, we do not guarantee that content is complete, current, error free, or suitable for every situation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, MockBase is not liable for indirect loss, loss of opportunity, loss of income, loss of data, failed applications, failed interviews, failed examinations, or decisions made by third parties.
